By placing an order on this website, customers acknowledge and accept our pricing, delivery, and shipping policies. Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be canceled.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order due to personal reasons, they must submit a cancellation request via email before the order is shipped. In such cases, a refund may be issued. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
For exchanges, customers must contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp and visit our office in person within 7 days of receiving the goods. The item must be in its original, unopened (if applicable), brand-new, and resalable condition, and must pass inspection by our staff before an exchange can be processed.
Note: Only one return or exchange is allowed per order.
If a customer receives a defective product (e.g., missing pages, printing errors), we can arrange for an exchange (or a refund if the item is out of stock).
However, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Visible signs of use
Opened or tampered items
Any item not in its original condition, or damaged/lost due to reasons beyond our control
Exceeding the deadline for return requirements
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
For approved exchanges, we will cover the shipping fees for the replacement item.
