For In-Stock Books:
Orders placed before 10:00 AM from Monday to Friday (non-public holidays) will be shipped within the next business day after we confirm payment. Our designated courier will deliver the goods to the address specified in the order. Customers can track the shipment status using the provided tracking number.

For Pre-Order Books:
Pre-orders typically require around 10 business days to process. Once the goods are ready, we will notify customers via email / WhatsApp. If items are out of stock, we will also inform customers. During this period, feel free to contact us for any inquiries. After the books arrive in Hong Kong, the shipping process is the same as for in-stock orders.

For Artwork:
Currently, we only accept face-to-face pickup. After we confirm the order, we will notify you of the pickup time within 7 business days. If you are unable to pick up the goods in person, please complete a Letter of Authorization and email it to info@hkxinhuabookcity.com or have the agent submit it on the pickup day. Please note that the Letter of Authorization is legally binding, so only handwritten signatures or legally valid digital signatures are accepted.

For Overseas Orders:
We currently use SF Express’s cash-on-delivery service (customers pay the shipping fee upon receipt). Customers must provide accurate delivery information. For orders shipped to Mainland China/Taiwan, customers must upload a copy of their ID document as instructed by SF Express’s SMS to receive the goods.

According to SF Express’s terms, shipments to Mainland China are limited to fewer than 50 books and must be for reasonable personal use (i.e., books of different titles can be shipped within the 10-50 limit, while books of the same title are limited to 10 copies).

Free Delivery for Local Hong Kong Orders:
For Hong Kong local orders with a net total of HKD 800 or above, we provide free standard shipping service.
